Not much to report- still having a lot of trouble with my calf injury. My lower back doesnt want to seem to hold my adjustments, and the two are definitely related.
3/24 M AM: 3 mi run easy, Bio Freeze, 40 min sauna/1000 abs
PM: lifted 1 hour
3/25 T AM- 3 mi run, BF; 40 min Sauna/1000 abs
PM- 3 mi run- FAST!!!! B F
3/26 W- AM- horrible pain- rest
PM- lifted 1 hour; walked 2 miles
3/27 Th AM- 45 min of walking on tred- 12 incline; 45 min sauna/1000 abs
PM- 0- rested calf
3/28 F- Rested calf, 45 min sauna/1000 abs
PM- acupuncture- not feeling well
3/29 Sa- walked 3 miles- * STEVE*
PM- 40 min sauna/1000 abs
3/30 Su-
TOTAL- Ran 9 miles :-( Walked- ?
