Training of 8/11 through 8/17- More Hills!

Week 5 of hills... Really, the main drive and focus for me this week was trying to just accomplish as many runs as possible that would be on my normal schedule. I was told not to run at all, but wanted to see if I could get through it, while of course keeping in mind that if I had any serious complications I would back off. To my delight, I made it. I don't think I slept much this week at all because I was so nervous about missing more training when I was just starting to come back from another 6 weeks off... and payed for it later...

Mon AM- 6 miles of hills at B- feeling very sore

PM- 6 miles of Hills at B- skipped repeats- ate WAY to much

Tue AM- 6 miles of hills at B

Wed AM- 3 mi on driveway after no sleep ICED

PM- 6 miles of hills on S. R. at 1 :30 pm- 97 degrees-- calf feeling better for 1st time

Th AM- 6 miles of hills on S R- ICED

PM- 6 mi of hills in Hereford
8 x Hill repeats

Fri- AM- 6 mi of hills on S.R.- ICED

PM- 6 mi of hills on B
