The week before Sully's 2 miler in New England.... Semi freaking out, but mainly trying to see how long this inury would take, and how much it would allow me to do...
Mon- AM-walked 3 miles to loosen leg; Drills in the Sauna
PM- 3 mile hill loop
Tue- AM 3 mile hill loop- still have a lot of neck pain from last week; Drills in Sauna
PM- 3 miles on trail--->
Lifted 1 hr
Wed AM 2 miles on hill loop- calf bad---> deep tissue at Tri-Speed
PM- 3 miles on trails, Drills in Sauna
Thu AM walked 0.5 mi, then ran 2.5 at 6:45 min on tred; Sauna/Drills
PM- 0- leg hurting bad
Fri- AM walked 3.5- calf bad
PM walked 2 mi @ 145 INCLINE @ 3.8 MPH on tred
Lifted 1 hr full body
Drills/Sauna Routine
Sat- AM- Deep Tissue at Audain's- wondering if leg is fracture? rolled off bone...
PM- walked 30 min @ 14% inline, then 10 min @ 4 % incline
Drills in Sauna
Sun AM- walked 45 min on tredmill- BOOOOOORRRING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Drills in Sauna
TOTAL- Ran 16.5 miles; Walked- well, who cares about that!?!
