Week of 4/21- 4/27/2008

We took away lifting this week to see if we could decrease the amount of times throughout the day that i have to reset my tail bone. The "Boulder In My Stomach" would last until the Saturday of this week after another strong stomach massage, and two hours of acupuncture. Therefore we avoided workouts again, and stuck with your basic lets just get this done mentality.
