Training for 5/5/- 5/11 2008

LET THE FUN BEGIN!!!!!

This was my first GREAT week back!!! The highlight was my evening run on Monday night. Jay and I had a great fast run together- hes my favorite!

M- AM- 3 mi on trail
PM- 3 mi w/Jay, drills :-)

T Am- 3 mi, sauna routine
PM- 3 mi hill workout ( 1.5 mi warm up, 6 x hills, 1.5 cool down)

W- AM- 3 mi, Sauna Routine
PM- 0- ate way too much
Th- AM- 6 mi easy, Sauna Routine
PM- * ACUPUNCTURE*, 3 miles

F- AM- 4 mi
PM- 3 miles VERY FAST- cramps, not feeling well
Sa AM- 3 miles very sore
PM- STEVE, 3 mi on trail- BLOOD SUGAR incident

SU- 4 mi easy

Total: 41 miles
