Training of Week 2/25- 3/2 Two Weeks Til Steves back!

At the start of this week I felt pretty terrible. My legs were pretty heavy and sore, but by the end of the week I was feeling much stronger, and rested. Monday night, I ran into my old track coach, Anne Ensor while running on the xc course! It was soo good to see her again, and I definitely am looking forward to running with her in the future...

Mon- AM- 4 miles on icy NCR trail- sore/slow
PM- lifted 1 hour; 3 miles on XC course w/ 10 x THE DIP hill repeats- felt awful in legs

Tu- AM- 3 miles on hills at home- really sore
PM- 4 miles in rain- feeling better

W- AM- 4 miles on NCR- ok
PM- lifted 1 hour; 4 miles on NCR- fast

Thu AM- 4 miles on trail, very cold- 50 min sauna/ 800 abs; tanned
PM- * acupuncture* 4 miles on trail- feeling better in legs

Fri AM- 6 miles on NCR; 45 min sauna/ 600 abs- Got P AGAIN! tanned
PM- lifted 1 hour; 4 miles on NCR- fast!

Sa AM- 6 miles on NCR; 35 min sauna/600 abs; tanned
PM- 4 miles on NCR

Su- AM- 8 miles on NCR- slow; 35 min sauna/600 abs; tanned
PM- 3 miles easy

Weekly TOTAL: 61 MILES
