Please Move Your Token 2 Steps Backwards- training of 3/10- 3/23

For now, the plan is NO STRETCHING!!!! BIO-FREEZE, walk or test run, BIO FREEZE and ice, then sauna and core work, upper body lifting, and then repeating the first part. My calf is still tender to the touch, so I'm praying that this won't be a 2 month ordeal.


I wish I had more to report-
3/10 through 3/16: I ran a total of 30 miles, and walked 2.5; 3 lifting sessions, saunaed almost every day, with 1000 abs per sauna, and had my first visit with Steve.... Hurt calf on Monday's hill workout, acupuncture too

3/17- 3/23: Even worse: Ran 0 miles; walked 18- had chiro, acupuncture, and Steve, lots of sauna and abs, lifted 3 times also
