
Mon AM- 3 mile hill loop
PM- *lifted full body 1 hr*., 4 miles on NCR- fast
Tue AM- 3 miles quick on NCR ( 11 am)
PM *chiropractor*., 3.5 mi on State XC course, 10 repeats of the DIP
Wed AM- MY BIRTHDAY!! 3 miles on NCR-quick (11 am)
PM- 3 miles on NCR ., *lifted full body 1 hr*
Thu AM- 2.5 miles on hill loop
PM- *Deep Tissue w/Sandee*- very sore! Ice Storm here... stayed in :-(
Fri AM- 4 mile hill loop
PM- 3 mile hill loop- feeling good *acupuncture*
Sat AM- v.sore, waited till 11- 3 mile hill loop
PM- 3 miles
Sun AM- 3 miles (at 11- 9 degrees!!!)
PM- 2.5 miles- very sore, r. hamstring hurting a lot
Total- 40.5 miles
Instead of doing my morning run at 6 30, I started switching it until 11 am whenever I could. When I first wake up, my legs are so bad that I can barely walk...but after moving around and rubbing them for a few hours I can move a lot better...

I have a feeling the next 2 months are going to stay exactly like this as far as the miles go. I'm praying by Valentines Day that my morning runs will feel like my second runs do now.
